For many years Teccon has utilised the manufacturing expertise of Davicon in the successful completion of many Mezzanine Floors.
Therefore when Teccon was awarded a large prestigious contract by Toyota, it was natural for Davicon to receive the call in relation to the 1300m2 of Mezzanine Floor that were required.
The size and scope of the installation called for a great deal of co-operation between client and sub-contractors. Due to the nature of the contract Teccon provided a complete turnkey installation including:
The support of Davicon was essential for the completion of a time sensitive project.
The contract criteria, was that the existing operation, picking and despatching for up to 16,500 parts per day from an available stock of 85,000 parts, carried on during the installation. This called for night and weekend working for all the contractors involved with daily site meetings to ensure the programme was maintained.
In fact, thanks to the co-operation of Davicon and our other trades, Teccon was proud to complete this contract two weeks early on budget and most importantly, safely and to the customer’s satisfaction. Teccon’s expertise and services are available to all customers.
